Trustee Sue Saville speaks to BBC Radio Oxford about loneliness in our city

Loneliness in Oxford has many causes and many faces. Our Trustee and lead volunteer Sue Saville speaks to Kat Orman on BBC Radio Oxford about loneliness in our city, how it arises and what Archway and other local organisations are doing to tackle it.

You can find the interview online here until 16 March. (Begins at 1:35:00.)

As Sue explains, we are now urgently in need of new volunteer befrienders. If Sue’s interview has inspired you to get involved, we would love to hear from you. You can apply to volunteer here, or contact the office to find out more.

A couple of hours, once a fortnight can make a huge difference to someone’s life.
